Q.01 Do you supply valves certified for sour service to NACE MR0175?

Yes. Our BX, FX, and GX ball-valve families are available with full NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliance for sour (H₂S-containing) service. Trim is selected per the partial pressure and elemental sulfur regime of your service — CRAs, Inconel 718 overlay seats, and NACE-qualified elastomers are all in routine production. Each shipment ships with a documented MTR traceable to bar-stock heat.

Q.02 Are your fire-safe valves certified to API 607 7th Edition for offshore installations?

Yes. Our patented Fire-Safe X-Series is certified to API 607 7th Edition with a 30-minute, 760°C burn rating on soft-seated ball valves in sizes 1/2"–24" and Class 150–1500. Third-party witness testing is available at our Houston campus, and we hold seven active patents covering fire-safe seat geometry and fugitive-emission packing systems.

Q.03 What PED and CRN documentation do you provide for European and Canadian plants?

All pressure-bearing assemblies are CE-marked under PED 2014/68/EU by an EU notified body, with category-dependent modules. For Canadian installations we supply CRN documentation through our Rotterdam hub, including provincial registration in Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, and British Columbia. Full declaration of conformity, design verification, and material traceability packages are issued with every order.

Q.04 How fast can a stocked assembly ship, and what is your RFQ-to-quote turnaround?

Stocked carbon-steel and stainless assemblies in common Class 150–600 configurations ship in an average of 11 days from the Houston warehouse — versus an industry average of roughly six weeks. Our engineering desk returns technical submittals, 3D models, and RFQ responses within four business hours during normal coverage. For tendered or engineered specials, lead time is confirmed at RFQ with a fixed delivery date, not a window.
